We’re growing quickly and are looking for a strong creative designer who wants to play a central role in shaping how the brand shows up across digital, retail and campaigns.

The Role

We’re looking for a Creative & Design Manager who is a strong hands-on designer and creative thinker, with a sharp eye for what makes a brand distinctive and culturally relevant.

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality creative across social, email, retail, POS, website and performance marketing assets, and supporting the development of campaign ideas alongside the wider team.

This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of day-to-day brand execution while contributing to the evolution of a distinctive and culturally relevant drinks brand.

Key Responsibilities

Design Delivery
Own design output across email, website, Meta ads, retail, POS and campaign assets.

Brand Development
Support the ongoing evolution of G Spot’s visual identity in collaboration with our brand agency and internal team.

D2C & Web
Design and update key Shopify pages and landing experiences.

Campaign Support
Contribute ideas and creative development for brand and performance campaigns.

Shoot Support & Art Direction
Assist with planning and supporting creative shoots with internal teams and external partners.

Creative Collaboration
Work with photographers, videographers and freelancers to deliver campaign assets.

Copy Support
Contribute copy across campaigns, email and brand moments where needed.

Cross-Team Alignment
Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Brand Manager to ensure consistency across channels.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years in a similar design role, ideally within FMCG, lifestyle or D2C brands
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for social content
  • Experience designing for social, email and ecommerce environments
  • Understanding of print production for POS and packaging assets
  • Experience supporting shoots or working with external creative suppliers
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving team
